    Your 90-minute deep dive consultation where we'll thoroughly assess your health picture.

    4. Receive Your Plan

    Get a personalized treatment protocol tailored to your unique needs and health goals.

    What should I bring to my first appointment?

    Please remember to complete your intake form, any relevant lab work from the past 2 (two) years, a list of current medications and supplements, and your health insurance information if you would like us to direct bill.

    Are naturopathic services covered by insurance?

    Many extended health insurance plans in Ontario cover naturopathic medicine. We can provide you with receipts to submit to your insurance provider. Direct billing is available for select providers.

    How long is the initial consultation?

    Your initial Deep Dive Consultation is 90 minutes. This allows us to thoroughly review your health history, conduct any necessary physical assessments, and begin developing your treatment plan.

    Do I need a referral from my doctor?

    No referral is needed to see a naturopathic doctor. However, we're happy to work collaboratively with your existing healthcare providers.

    What can I expect in terms of results?

    Results vary based on the individual and condition being treated. Some patients notice improvements within weeks, while chronic conditions may take longer. We'll discuss realistic timelines during your consultation.

    Can naturopathic medicine work alongside conventional treatments?

    Absolutely. Naturopathic medicine is designed to complement conventional care. We always coordinate with your other healthcare providers to ensure safe, integrated treatment.
